Cloudy Day at the Botanical Gardens | Norfolk Nature Photographer

A few weeks ago the uber talented Julie Peveto came to town.  We planned to meet up at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens to explore the are while allowing her adorable little girl to play and explore.  It turned out to be an overcast day which is often a blessing when flowers are the subject of your photographs.  But on this day, there were also high winds and we battled against the wind, spending more time chatting than photographing.  Still, in between gusts, I was able to create a few images that I liked as we explored the rose garden and the butterfly house.
