NEON District Norfolk VA murals painting art

One of the most exciting things to come to our area was the creation of Norfolk's NEON district. The city's first art district, NEON is hoping to revive an area of the city by attracting younger businesses and working to improve the neighborhood. The area is full of beautiful artist created murals which bring life to an otherwise sad and drab area.

I set off one day with my photography friends to seek out as many of the murals as we could before our tummies started to growl. We found some really great spots that are just begging for a fun portrait session to be held in front of them!
