Our Month in Ecuador- Playing Neighborhood Futbol

One of the highlights of our experiences with the locals in Ecuador was when Forrest joined in a neighborhood futbol game. The boys were excited for him to play, especially when he arrived with a shiny new soccer ball. We were in awe of the skills these kids had, they played soccer like professionals. While Forrest played soccer, another volunteer taught a group to play volleyball. When it was time for us to return home for dinner, Forrest left the boys with the new balls and giant smiles on their faces.
